As an agent, we want you informed on the process that your clients will go through to sign-up to gain free access to Praesidium's services available to Program Participants and Members of Insurance Board.

IB Members have access to:
Signing up is easy. Your client will click through to the sign-up link on this site.
They will be asked to fill out a quick form and select which resources they would like to take advantage of. In order to access the additional resources, your client will need their IB Policy Holder Number. Program members do not need to have an identification number but will only be able to sign up for their available resources. If Members want to take advantage of the additional resources at an additional cost, there is an option to sign up within the form.
Access Armatus® Online Training
For both Program Participants and IB Members, after answering basic information about their organization like contact info, populations they serve, and basic program types, Praesidium will fill their new Armatus account with recommended courses based on the needs of their organization. Once the form is complete, Praesidium will take 5-7 business days to create their customized account. As soon as the account is created, your client will receive an email with their login information and further resources to help them navigate the Armatus Learn to Protect System. If your client has multiple site locations and/or has a high number of anticipated learners, additional consultation with Praesidium may be needed. If so, Praesidium will reach out to them directly.
For Program Participants, they will fill out the same form noted above. Once the form is submitted, a Praesidium team member will reach out to them directly to discuss the next steps regarding a contract and answer any screening questions they may have. Upon receipt of a signed background screening contract, once the account is ready to go, your client will receive an email with the login details. They will see the 50% subsidized rate reflected within their bill.
Members will be given the discounted rate for background screening but will still need to complete a background screening contract. A member of the Praesidium team will reach out to complete the process.
C.A.S.E. Creating a Safe Environment
CASE is hosted by Armatus, therefore, an Armatus account will be created when CASE is requested. The contact who fills out the form will be the admin of the account. As an admin, they will be able to utilize the facilitator guides, participants guides and ability to view the program videos and play for their group training. Once the Armatus account is set-up, your client will receive an email with their login information and details about how to use the system.
CASE is available at no cost for Program Participants, Members can add CASE for an additional fee.
Know Your Score! (KYS!)
For Program Participants or Members, they will fill out the same form noted above. Once the form is submitted, a Praesidium team member will reach out to them directly to discuss the next steps to getting started within KYS! A user guide will be given and should be reviewed by Program Participants before the account creation is started. If your client is ready to begin their Self-Assessment, Praesidium will create their account and provide login details.
